| Pre-requisites: |
- Exposure to Cryptology, SSO and various other security solutions is desirable - Exposure to TCP/IP and network programming is added advantage. - BS in Computer Science or Computer Engineering - Proven ability to technically and administratively lead teams with both experienced and junior engineers to develop and ship complex and high quality software products - Effectively apply advanced software engineering processes and methodologies for continuous improvements in quality and productivity of team's deliverables - Ability to architect and provide holistic picture to team members - Ability to think out of the box and the desire to tackle challenging problems - 9+ years of hands on relevant development experience - 3+ years managing software teams through product development and releases - Excellent verbal and written communication skills |
| Job Description: |
Take ownership of Failsafe Product Development in India - Manage team(s) of 10-20 local developers and collaborate with remote teams - Hire and motivate engineers - Spearhead design, development and testing activities for these products; deliver clear, detailed functional design and technical design specifications, and negotiate with Product Management, QA and other Engineering stakeholders in finalizing them - Play a hands-on role in both design and development activities, and mentor team members as and when required - This role includes technology, people and project management responsibilities |
